DESIGN T&C- Design style: We only accept buttercream design. Which means no fresh flowers, cake toppers, figurines, and fondant works. Kindly take a look at our Instagram feed to get an idea of our style.- Character design: We only accept 2D cartoon characters (eg: Quby cartoon) / chibi version (eg: Chibi Spiderman). We do not accept complicated / complex cartoon due to our limited capability (eg: anime, real-life cars)- Portrait illustration: We can only draw the figure, without too much details & without the facial features. Max 2 people only.- Due to our low pricing, we do not offer sketching / drafting service as part of our production process. However, you’re welcome to do your own sketching & we’ll try our best to follow your sketch.- All designs given will remain as our reference only. We’re unable to duplicate your reference picture completely. Please expect some differences in terms of size, colour, shape etc. This also applies if your reference comes from our previously-made design.

- We’re closed every Sunday & Monday (subject to change). Please check our IG highlight for more info on our schedule
- Order inquiry form is not your order confirmation.
- Full payment is required to secure your slot, with first payment first serve basis.
- We only accept payment by bank transfer / online bank transfer. We do not accept payment by cash, cash on delivery, e-wallet, etc.
- Change of date is only allowed if the slot you want is still available.
- No refunds will be given on any order cancellation. You may postpone your order by informing us at least 5 days before.

Self collection t&c
SELF COLLECTION- Order collection is at our location in SETIA ALAM. We’re homebased & full address will be given once order is confirmed. You need to collect the cake directly from our unit.
- Collection time is STRICTLY between 10:00am - 3:00pm (Tuesday to Friday), 9:00am- 11:00am (Saturday)
- We cannot accommodate collection outside of this timeframe. We seek for your cooperation to arrive on time & please be respectful towards our collection time.SELF COLLECTION BY OWN RUNNER
- T&C above applies if you would like to arrange for your own runner to collect the cake
- We strongly recommend you to opt for car instead of motorcycle. There is a very high chance of damage if your cake is being delivered by motorcycle.
- Kindly note that delivery is at your own risk & we will not be held responsible should there be any issues during delivery

Delivery t&c
Delivery time is fixed between 9:30am - 4:30pm- Delivery time is not requestable. Our in-house runner will deliver all orders by turn from the closest to the farthest location. Closer ETA will be updated on the day itself, once runner is on the way to your location. Runner will contact the receiver upon arrival.
- Since we only have one runner to deliver all the orders daily, there’s a possibility where we need to use 3rd party service whenever required (eg: sickness) & there may be an additional fee.
- Delivery is available in selected locations within Selangor & KL. We do not deliver outside of Selangor & outside of Malaysia
- For multi-level buildings (apartment, condo, flat, shopping malls, office etc), runner will not send the cake directly to your door. Runner will wait at the entrance / main lobby / waiting area / drop off point.
- Kindly note that delivery is at your own risk & we will not be held responsible should there be any issues during delivery
- If you / the receiver requested the cake to be left somewhere (drop off point / gate / guardhouse, etc) or to be handed over to other person, the condition of the cake (including the content inside / outside of packaging) is under your responsibility.
- We do not provide surprise delivery service & we’re unable to take part in surprise delivery if you plan to do so. Please make sure the receiver is ready to collect the cake on the day of delivery.
- For unsuccessful deliveries where the contact number given is unreachable, runner has the right to place the cake wherever possible. If there’s no appropriate place to place the cake, runner will return the cake to our location. You will have to pay the return fee & second time delivery fee. Thus, please be alert once we update you the ETA & please anticipate a phone call from runner upon arrival.
